JSC "UK "Kuzbassrazrezugol" (enterprise resource complex of UMMC) has started testing a program of remote training of branch employees. The system was designed to optimize the company's costs associated with the large territorial spread of its businesses.
remote training of workers of the "KRU" is familiar. Some years it is implemented on the basis of the Technical University of UMMC (Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk region). Now classes of employees of the branches of the criminal code "KRU" are using video conferencing. To enable remote interaction of educational centers of the cuts we developed a special software. In test mode already held a training webinar "Training of heads of works on liquidation of accidents", in which both took part, the miners of the four branches – bachatskiy, krasnobrodsky, Ketovskogo and Kaltanskogo.
"At the initial stage of introduction of distance learning cuts the company we are testing and finalizing technical support process, as well as train teachers to work with the audience remotely, – says head of Department on work with personnel of JSC "UK "Kuzbassrazrezugol" Igor Moroz. In the future we plan to use this format and to implement programs of professional education".
currently, the video communication system between training centers of the branches of the company purchased additional equipment as required. The development of distance learning on sections of JSC "UK "Kuzbassrazrezugol" will allow a single course to complete a group of miners several branches and to hold classes at their place of work.
