the mechanical repair shop of JSC "sredneuralskiy copper smelter" (metallurgical complex of UMMC) has commissioned two new lathes with numerical control, the value of each of them is 5.8 million.
They are acquired for the processing of shafts, wheels, bushings and other products that are produced in RMC to factory departments and outside organizations, including the ordering of UMMC enterprises. The new machines have high accuracy and speed of processing, which greatly facilitates and makes safer the work of Turner. Maximum diameter of workpiece over bed 800 mm-over cross slide – 520 mm. Maximum workpiece length: 3000 mm.
Performed the pre-commissioning and trained manufacturer's representatives — the Russian Association strategovic companies, "the Key Association of mechanical engineering industry" (Moscow).
