As part of the modernization of equipment, PJSC "Gaysky GOK" (an enterprise of the raw materials complex of UMMC) purchased a horizontal boring machine of domestic production with numerical control (CNC) for the Mechanical Repair Plant. worth about 30 million rubles. According to Boris Peregudov, head of RMZ at Gaysky GOK, this is the first time such equipment is being supplied to the shop, and its main purpose will be to process large-sized parts of the main process equipment of Gaysky GOK. These are parts and assemblies of excavators, crushers, hoisting machines, mills, etc.
“The machine is distinguished by its multifunctional capabilities, which will facilitate and improve the work of boring lathe operators: all the necessary parameters and coordinates for processing the part in advance they are not marked up manually, as it was before, but are entered into the control program. According to the specified parameters, the machine automatically processes the part - it drills, bores holes, mills a plane, grooves, ledges, etc. In addition, we are able to give the details a wide variety of configurations - oval, circle, square, etc. The machine is capable of performing all operations with high precision and quality, "said Andrey Puzik, head of the machine department at RMZ.
In addition to its great technological capabilities, the new machine differs from approximately similar units available in the workshop, also by its impressive dimensions 11500x8100x5650 (mm), which allow placing parts weighing up to 15 tons.
It is planned that the machine will be serviced by a boring lathe. “The commissioning work of the new unit was carried out by representatives of the equipment supplier plant, they also trained our personnel to work on it, - said the head of the RMZ Boris Peregudov, - At present, we are again awaiting the arrival of the plant's specialists to complete the commissioning and start-up work. ".
Note that the Mechanical Repair Plant is an irreplaceable auxiliary unit of PJSC" Gaysky GOK ". The main work on the repair and restoration of Gaysky GOK equipment is carried out here - from bolts to pumps and buckets of underground LHDs. Spare parts and non-standard equipment are manufactured for the workshops of the enterprise, which ensures the smooth operation of all divisions of the plant.
