Eugene Jarolin was born in 1975 in Kamensk-Uralsky (Sverdlovsk region). In 1997 graduated from the Ural state forestry Academy (now — the Ural state forest engineering University) majoring in "automation of production processes". In the same year, he started his career at the Sinarsky pipe plant (SinTZ), a member of TMK, where he rose from an electrician to Deputy chief of shop of heat treatment of the tubes. In 2017 appointed Executive Director of too "TMK-Kaztrubprom".
Ilya Zyryanov, who previously held the position of managing Director of OMZ, appointed Director of supply chain management PMC.
