All operations for the formation of orders using the Diadoc electronic document management system will now take no more than two days, while in the usual mode, coordination and signing of specifications with suppliers takes two to three weeks. The new system of work between PJSC MMK and Siemens LLC allows Magnitogorsk technicians to order new equipment models with improved characteristics and coordinate drawings online. The technical specialists of the two companies will be able to contact directly in the system, which will help to achieve the best result that meets the requirements of both parties.
Within the framework of a three-year agreement, discounts are fixed for each group of commodity items. The specialists of the German company conducted training on training and connecting the resources of technical specialists of the customer workshops of PJSC MMK directly to the system of Siemens LLC. During the implementation of the project, 82 technical specialists of MMK were connected to this system.
