This award is once in two years is awarded for a significant contribution to the development of social partnership to heads of organizations and chairmen of trade union committees who have ensured over the past three years the fulfillment of obligations included in the collective agreement. At the same time, special attention is paid to the implementation of measures to improve working and living conditions of employees, increase wages, and create new jobs. The organization also takes into account the implementation of the main target indicators of the forecast of socio-economic development.
& bsp; & bsp; The listed areas always occupy a special place in the activities of the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant. So, in 2018, the achieved economic indicators allowed the enterprise to fulfill all social obligations to the team. First of all, to provide employees with a decent level of income - the average monthly accrued nominal wages at BMZ for 2018 amounted to 1,458.4 rubles. Its growth rate was almost 138 percent. Last year, the enterprise's investments in the social sphere were significant, the volume of which exceeded 12 million rubles. More than 3 million rubles were invested in labor protection.
