BMZ - "Best Exporter of 2018"

According to the results of the competition “Best Exporter of 2018” held by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, OJSC “BMZ, the management company of the BMK holding”, was recognized as the leader in the category “Metallurgy”.

The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners took place May 23 at the Palace of the Republic. For BMZ, the victory in the competition became the fifth in a row: Belarusian Metallurgical Plant became the “Best Exporter” in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

& bsp; & bsp; 151 enterprises competed for the title of "Best Exporter of 2018" in the final of the competition in 22 nominations, the total export volume of which amounted to $ 14.76 billion. By the way, BMZ sold 2.0 million tons of metal products outside Belarus in 2018 for the amount of 1.26 billion dollars, the export geography of the plant last year included 66 countries of the world.

& bsp; & bsp; BMZ builds a sales policy based on the market conditions, orienting supplies to those regions that provide the possibility of selling at the maximum price. For this, constant monitoring of all major markets for metal products is carried out around the world. In 2018, the company expanded its geography to such regions as Central and Latin America (Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama) and Africa (Algeria, Cameroon, Mali, Sudan, Chad, Ethiopia).
