Metalloinvest, together with MegaFon and Dobro Mail.ru, will organize the sixth international educational conference for non-profit organizations and socially responsible business "Dobro 2020".
The event will take place on 22 -October 23. Over the course of two days, participants will discuss how to find flexible funding, experiment, and what to learn to effectively address social challenges during a pandemic. For the first time, the conference will be held online and will be accompanied by sign language translation.
“The coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated the effectiveness and importance of NGOs and volunteering, especially for helping vulnerable segments of the population,” commented the Director of Social Policy and Corporate Communications of Metalloinvest Management Company Julia Mazanova. - We have been supporting the "GOOD" conference since the first year of its holding. The formats are changing, but the main thing is that the conference remains an effective platform for exchanging knowledge, searching for new approaches and developing the practical skills of specialists who have devoted themselves to solving social issues. ”
The program of the first day will discuss the use of modern technologies for solving social problems, fundraising, interaction between NGOs and the state, methodology for conducting experiments for positive changes. The main guest will be Anne Mei Chang, author of Lean Impact. Innovations for Large-scale Social Change ”, first published in Russia this spring.
The second day's program will focus on education abroad and the application of corporate wellbeing practices to prevent professional burnout. At the same time, the participants will be able to form the rest of the program on their own for the first time: the organizers will invite the necessary experts and speakers, based on the completed questionnaires.
