Ildar Iskakov graduated with honors from the Magnitogorsk State Technical University named after M.V. G.I. Nosov with a degree in Ferrous Metallurgy.
From 2002 to 2020, he worked at the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, where he worked his way up from an assistant steelmaker to the chief metallurgist of the plant.
Ural Steel is a full-cycle enterprise, including sinter-blast furnace, steelmaking and rolling production, a leading Russian manufacturer of high-quality steel for bridge construction.
Over the past 10 years, Metalloinvest has invested more than 25 billion rubles in the construction and modernization of the company's production facilities, projects to minimize the impact of production on the environment.
