Chemical analysis was carried out by the method of mass spectrometry with ionization in a glow discharge (GD-MS).

In0000 is used in the semiconductor industry. Indium of special chemical purity has the property of remaining efficient at low temperatures. This property allows it to be used in powerful cryogenic installations.
