Moscow, June 3, 2021-ESAB, one of the leaders in the production of equipment and consumables for welding and cutting, plans to introduce more than 100 items of products for DIY to retail chains. The company plans to increase the range of professional products presented in the mass market – personal protective equipment for welders, consumables (electrodes and wires), auxiliary products (rods, electric holders, hammers, etc.), as well as welding machines. ESAB products will be available in traditional retail, construction hypermarkets, and online stores.
Among the new products are the portable welding source Handy Arc 162i and the welding machine Rogue ES 180i, which were first demonstrated at the exhibition "Metalworking 2021", and the premiere of last fall-universal rutile electrodes OK GoldRox.
Among the key features of equipment and welding materials for the "hobby class", as well as the sphere of small and medium – sized businesses-stable welding characteristics, high reliability and ease of use, necessary for amateur welders to perform work in a garage, on a country plot, in a private house, and for professionals in small enterprises, for example, in auto repair shops.
"The market does not stand still. The priorities of customers are changing: the requirements for the quality of products, their environmental friendliness, and their impact on health are increasing. This is exactly what ESAB has always focused on when developing its products. The domestic DIY consumer wants to use high-quality welding materials, reliable PPE and equipment in their work, because many people have learned from their own experience that "a miser pays twice".
