Average salary at Centravis increased by 15% over the year - up to UAH 19 thousand

According to the results of the first quarter of 2021, the average salary at Centravis amounted to UAH 19,030. This is 15% more than in the first quarter of 2020, when this figure was equal to UAH 16,500. For comparison, in March of this year, the average salary at pipe enterprises amounted to UAH 13,699, and the average salary in Ukraine as a whole was UAH 13,612. What is important, the level of the average salary for Centravis in working specialties, excluding management and management, exceeds UAH 14,700. For example, the staff of the highest qualifications, on average, receives: rolling-makers - UAH 22.9 thousand, press operators - UAH 20.8 thousand, locksmiths - UAH 17.6 thousand, pipe cutters - UAH 15 thousand. “It is not even the amount of money that is important, but the very principle of distribution of the funds earned by the enterprise. We left the old industrial system when everything was decided by the "bosses". Now the team itself determines who earns and how much - according to the contribution to the common cause, ”said Anna Kachala, Head of HR and Corporate Culture Department. Centravis employees have a salary of a constant and a variable part. At the same time, any employee can apply for a salary increase - after an open discussion with the team and within the framework of the wage fund. Among the key customers of Centravis in 2020 are Buhlmann Group (Germany, sale of pipes), Damstahl GmbH (Denmark, service company), ThyssenKrupp (Germany, production and sale of steel products), ELVINOX S.r.l. (Italy, sales of steel products), Allied Stainless Group Inc. (USA, service company) Centravis was founded in 2000. Production facilities are located in Nikopol (Dnepropetrovsk region). The company supplies products to Thyssenkrupp, BMW, Alstom, Linde, Samsung, Volkswagen and other companies. The company employs over 1,400 employees.
