Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant received a diploma in the nomination "Health protection and safe working conditions."
53 enterprises of 13 companies and holdings, 12 sub-sectors of the mining and metallurgical complex from 23 regions of Russia with a number of working for them - 42% of all employees of the mining and metallurgical complex.
"The winners of the competition " Enterprise of the mining and metallurgical complex of high social efficiency "were awarded diplomas of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Association of Industrialists of the Mining and Metallurgical Complex of Russia and the Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union of Russia and will be recommended for participation in the competition for the title of "Russian organization of high social efficiency " held by the government of the Russian Federation. This award is a recognition of the daily serious work that we are doing at the enterprise to ensure safe working conditions for our employees, - said the director of the Chelyabinsk zinc plant Pavel Izbrecht. “The most important thing is to create a culture of intolerance for violations of safety regulations, and our goal is zero cases of industrial injuries at the enterprise.”
The victory of the Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant in the competition is well deserved. CZP spends over 100 million rubles annually on labor protection measures. The employees of the enterprise are provided with the necessary work clothes, working conditions are constantly improving. Instructions on labor protection and training are carried out, employees of the enterprise undergo preliminary and periodic medical examinations. Contractors are increasingly involved in the labor protection management system, which are subject to all control and preventive measures.
