PJSC "MMK": "Sales just in time" with a new assistant

The goal of this project is to improve the level of PJSC MMK's customer service, executive discipline and the quality of scheduling. The system was developed and implemented as part of the Just-in-Time Sales Strategic Initiative under the leadership of Sergey Ushakov, Deputy General Director for Sales, and with the active participation of specialists from the Sales Directorate. The system developer is ITC Ausferr LLC.

The system allows for a deep check of orders and quotes for technological feasibility immediately at the time of their registration. Developed within the framework of the project "AWP (automated workstation) for checking order feasibility and error handling" allows the sales manager and the specialist of the volumetric and scheduling group (GOKP) to quickly make decisions on clarifying and optimizing the characteristics of the order in accordance with the technological capabilities and limitations of the schedule.

In the process of industrial operation of the system, the tuning of the model continues in terms of choosing the optimal parameters of orders according to various criteria and clarifying recommendations for the sales manager.

The mathematical model embedded in the system selects the optimal one from the point of view production a combination of order parameters, and also specifies whether it is possible to execute the order within the specified delivery period. The information is provided to the sales manager and the GOKP specialist online and in most cases relieves them of the need for long-term consultations with specialists from other structural divisions of PJSC MMK.
