MMK presents its products at the largest exhibition forum in the Middle East

The Big 5 is the largest construction industry event in the Middle East. The exhibition will run from 12 to 16 September. In recent years, Magnitka has been a regular participant in this event, which is explained by the importance of the Middle East market in the structure of the plant's export supplies. In 2020, the shipment of PJSC MMK's metal products to the Middle East amounted to 535 thousand tons - almost a third of the plant's exports to non-CIS countries. At the PJSC MMK stand, visitors will be able to familiarize themselves with the technological capabilities and characteristics of products of one of the largest metallurgical companies in Russia. The main focus of the exposition is on products for the construction industry - hot-rolled and cold-rolled coils, long products, coated metal products. The line of high-strength and wear-resistant steels produced and sold by MMK under the MAGSTRONG brand will also be presented.

The Big 5 Show has been held annually since 1982 with the support of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a number of industry media, major companies and construction associations. Here are the national expositions of the largest exporting states of the East and West, as well as the stands of the most significant regional developers, contractors, importers and distributors. For nearly 40 years, The Big 5 has served as a business, information and communication platform for the construction industry, a gateway to the construction market in the Middle East and North Africa. Last year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition was not held. More than 2,500 exhibitors from 66 countries attended the previous event in 2019, with over 68,000 local and international construction professionals from 134 countries attending the exhibition. This year, the organizers, despite the antique restrictions, also expect more than 1,200 participants from 50 countries to present their expositions in 20 pavilions.
