Metalloinvest together with NUST MISIS launched a new stage of the Leaders 4.0 talent pool development program: 40 employees of the Lebedinsky mining and processing plant, Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varichev, Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant named after V.I. A.A. Ugarov and Uralskaya Steel (part of Metalloinvest) have started training in a special course consisting of 8 full-time and distance modules.
The course includes more than 300 hours of lectures, internships and practical exercises with NUST MISIS teachers, external experts in project and team management, digitalization, labor protection and industrial safety, corporate culture.
On the first day of training, the Deputy General Director for Development and Human Resources Management of Metalloinvest Andrey Belyshev and the Rector of the National Research Technological University "MISiS" Alevtina Chernikova met with the reservists.

The first module of the course is aimed at developing leadership and business competencies, working with thinking and stereotypes, expanding the "map of the world". It is dedicated to the processes of transformation of the Company, the basics of project management and best practices in this area. Participants of the training will also learn how to start changes in the Company, how to build an effective organizational structure, how to work with informal leaders and build communications, where to find reserves for growth.
