The European Commission has announced the introduction of a final anti-dumping duty (AD) on imports of certain pipes and fittings from South Korea, Malaysia and Russia after their validity period has been reviewed. The audit covered the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
The EC concluded that pipes and fittings from these countries were sold at dumping prices and that the expiration of the measures in respect of these products is likely to lead to a repeat of dumping. The final anti-dumping duty rates are 32.4% for TK Corporation and 44.0% for other South Korean companies, 59.2% for Anggerik Laksana, 49.9% for Pantech Steel Industries and 75.0% for other Malaysian companies, as well as 23.8% for all Russian companies.
