Massive layoffs of employees of the aviation company Airbus started in the UK in a few hours after the company's CEO Guillaume Fori warned that the company "is losing money at an unprecedented rate". How many workers will be able to return to their places unknown.
On data the BBC, Airbus announced that about half the staff at its plant in Broughton will be included in the programme of preservation of workplaces of the UK government, which pays 80% of wages.
