TMK held a leadership development forum for representatives of various industries

Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) held a Leadership and Team Management forum for 70 executives at various levels from industries such as IT, banking, development, metallurgy, retail, construction, transport engineering, manufacturing and others.

The organizer of the event, held at the Scientific and Technical Center (STC) TMK in Moscow, hosted by TMK2U Corporate University. The co-organizer was the BITOBE consulting company, the partners were the event agency "8 Emotions" and the iSpring Academy.

During the plenary discussion, the participants discussed the specifics of personnel management in the era of digital technologies and artificial intelligence and new requirements for the level of knowledge and skills of a leader. The experts also shared their experience in solving the problem of leadership burnout and developing mentoring competencies. The practical part of the forum included case clubs, workshops, and a business team game aimed at developing participants' decision-making and team management skills.

In addition, following the results of the event, the participants got acquainted with the expert assessment of their leadership qualities and recommendations on possible growth points, exchanged experiences and expanded their network of professional contacts.
