The State Budget of Ukraine provides for 1.4 billion hryvnia to pay salaries to miners by the end of the year and to pay off the debt that has arisen at the moment. The relevant amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine by 2020" were adopted by the Verkhovna Rada today.
