“Today at 12:29 [10:29 Moscow time] the dispatcher on duty received a message about cotton in the industrial aluminum shop at the NSplav plant in Novotroitsk. At 12:37 [10:37 Moscow time], rescuers established on the spot that there was cotton without combustion during production in a one-story building of an industrial aluminum workshop. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations conducted a survey of the territory of the shop. The walls of the building were partially damaged on an area of approximately 700 square meters. m. Bearing structures are not damaged. There were no casualties,” the widespread message says.
It is clarified that there is no threat to the environmental situation, the situation is being monitored. In total, 43 people and 18 pieces of equipment are working at the scene. Rescuers, employees of the city administration, police, environmentalists and regional services are involved.
