During the inspection, the Register inspector decided to extend the validity of the Manufacturer's Certificate of Recognition, confirming that the manufacturing process of thick-rolled products of normal and increased strength on Ural Steel fully meets the established requirements.
The main conclusion is that these products are officially approved for use in shipbuilding, in the construction of drilling platforms, shipyards and docks, contributes to the reliability of these facilities and the safety of people.
Receiving a positive conclusion was the result of the work of many departments of the enterprise, in which the specialists in charge of the department of the quality management system and the environmental management system played a key role.
The representative of the Register conducted a thorough check: he studied the documentation, analyzed the work of the production workshops, the technical control department and the central laboratory of metrology, and also monitored laboratory and mechanical tests in the central laboratory of the combine.
As a result of the inspection, the inspector certified the full compliance of rolled metal from normal and high-strength steel with the requirements of the rules of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
