The company supplies zinc oxide to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Serbia. Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam and other countries in the Asia-Pacific region are among the most promising countries for expanding exports to the company.
Empils-Zinc is expanding its product portfolio, adapted for export, and sees prospects for supplies for the production of tires, rubber compounds, zinc chemicals, semiconductor electronics, paints and coatings, ceramics, glass, pharmaceuticals, antiseptics and other products, Vedomosti Yug writes.
"There is also a large potential for demand in the Russian market due to the modernization of technological equipment at tire plants and increased environmental requirements," the company notes.
As Vedomosti Yug wrote, the project to transfer the company's production facilities is being completed in Rostov-on-Don."Empils-zinc" from the city center to the north-western industrial zone. The volume of investments in the project has been increased from 1.1 billion rubles to 1.5 billion.
