Metalloinvest Mining and Processing Plant has launched an integrated Production Management Center (MCC), a single digital circuit that combines data from the production unit and vertical maintenance and repairs.

The new management format ensures end-to-end coordination of all redevelopments and brings operational management to a qualitatively new level.
The new Center processes data from automated control systems, industrial sensors, cameras, video analytics modules, and predictive monitoring platforms around the clock.
Production unit dispatchers and MRO specialists see the condition of the equipment, current and forecast loads, and repair priorities in a single digital window. This speeds up the exchange of information and allows you to build an optimal balance between product release and maintenance.
The system also analyzes vibration, temperature, pressure, oil consumption and other parameters, allowing it to identify defect risks and prevent unplanned downtime, reducing the load on the equipment and extending its service life.
The new Center is connected to the corporate Control Center in Moscow, where information from all production sites of the Company is accumulated. As a result, a continuous digital environment has been created, from the equipment at the plant site to the management company level.
It is planned that the experience of implementing the integrated MCC will be scaled up to another Metalloinvest enterprise, Mikhailovsky GOK, as early as next year.
Lebedinsky GOK is the largest enterprise in Russia and the CIS for the extraction and processing of iron ore, the production of high-quality iron ore raw materials and metal resources.
