"we should Not forget that Ukraine is a serious loss, the standard of living cannot be judged as sufficient, but people on Siverschyna Ukrainian side did not leave their homes and continue to farm the land, work, medical, educational institutions and district administrations", – noted human rights activists.
In Association argue that cross-border cooperation in the case of recovery of relations between the countries should be prepared first and foremost to the Russian side, because in terms of population, standard of living, quality of roads and Russian border area is seriously inferior to the Ukrainian side.
the Chairman of the Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights Maria Arkhipova (bast) noticed that if the current trends of outflows from the Russian Siverschyna, to conduct cross-border cooperation will be simply no one.
According to human rights activist, the restoration of relations between the Siverschyna Russia and Ukraine is necessary, and will help to promote peace between Ukraine and Russia.
