According to Vladimir Kopot, founder of Monitor.Estate, the lowest number of risky construction sites discovered in Kharkov - 42% of the 71 object and the Dnieper - 47% of the 43 construction sites.

So, more than 27% are built without permits for construction works, and 34% are built without licenses to carry out construction activities, 33% are built on land without proper purpose or without cadastral number, 24% of participants in the construction of a tax debt, 13% of business entities are at the stage of enforcement proceedings.
In turn, Olga Solovey, co-founder of the "Ukrainian club real estate," noted that now the primary housing market is in a stage of uncertainty.
"on the one hand, improvements can be expected not earlier than in March-April next year, when the first indications of the effectiveness of recently-adopted laws. On the other hand, it is still unknown the fate and functions of the State architectural and construction inspection. By and large, that the activities of this structure will depend on whether the market is transparent," - said the expert.
According to her, currently the activities of the State architectural and construction inspection almost completely paralyzed until the appointment of a new leader.
"building Permits are not issued, as, in fact, almost never put into operation already built homes. In addition, still in Kiev, there are about 50 objects of conflict, the implementation of which almost frozen" - summed up Olga Solovey.
Experts analysed 1,167 housing projects in Kiev, Kiev region, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkov.
