steel Manufacturing in the factories of "Metinvest" in the third quarter of 2019 remained at the level of the previous quarter and amounted to 1 million 982 thousand tons. For 9 months of 2019 steel production in the group increased by 6% compared to the same period last year (APPG) – up to 5 million 905 thousand tons.
Quarterly pig iron production decreased by 1% compared to the previous quarter and amounted to 2 033 thousand tons. For 9 months of 2019, compared to the same period in 2018 with the production of iron in Mariupol plants decreased by 3% to around 6 million 41 thousand tons.
In the 3rd quarter of 2019 the production of finished products decreased by 8% compared to the previous quarter and amounted to 1 million 417 thousand tons. For 9 months of 2019 the production of finished products increased by 1% compared to the same period in 2018 and 4 million 455 thousand tons.
Earlier it was reported that all-Ukrainian trade began in October fell by 10%.
