- from 1 January 2021 - less than 3.4 percent of energy;
- on January 1, 2023 - not less than 4.8 per cent of energy;
- from 1 January 2025 - at least the energy of 6.9 percent.

- intensify agricultural holdings and alcohol plants for the production of liquid biofuels;
