For 11 months of 2019 in Ukraine was smelted 19,28 million tons of steel, which corresponds to the level of the same period last year.
Pig iron for November dropped by 12.4% to 1.39 million tons, production of finished steel products decreased in comparison with October by 17.4% - to 1.18 million tons.
For 11 months, the Ukrainian production of iron and steel products decreased by 1.4% and 0.7% respectively making of 18.46 and 16.72 million tons.
Previously coalsalesthat for 10 months of 2019 the reduction in the consumption of rolled products in the domestic market of Ukraine concerning January-October 2018 was 10.9%, the share of imports increased slightly by 3.5%.
