Dneprovsky metallurgical combine (DMK, G. monay) at the end of 2019 reduced the production of marketable metal products-by 14.8% compared to the previous year - up to 2 291 776 tons.
Crisis in the global steel market, the sharp drop in metal prices led to a shortage of working capital at the plant, reported the press-service of JSC "DMK". In 2019 the enterprise temporarily stopped part of major production facilities, which ultimately affected the results of the year.
Since September, the plant worked as one of the three blast furnaces - No. 1M, in November, was blown DP-9, at the end of December - DP-12.
According to planning and economic Department of JSC "DMK" in 2019, the plant reduced the production of agglomerate by 25.7% to 2 894 747 tons, the production of pig iron by 19.8% to 1 975 974 tonnes (including product 79 5% to 55 276 tonnes), steel production by 8% to 221 2 025 tons (including commodity 12.9 percent to 1 589 346 tonnes).

The mill 400/200 569 709 tonnes (+ 10.1 percent by 2018), mill 250 - 021 28 ton axles (+ 56,2%), the ball-rolling mills – 53 351 ton (+ 1%). On tube mills by 21.3% reduced rolled products output - up to 133 672 tons.
