"Now we are not considering the fast way of privatization of these enterprises. We need to study the market and demand. Because every business needs investment, but the investor must be profiled. In any case, we should not allow the sale of the company's competitors to destroy or transfer their non-professional operators. So going to take this very careful approach. It will certainly not happen in the coming months and maybe not this year", - said the head of the state property Fund.
About Dmytro Sennichenko said during a working meeting with Alexei Kutcher where they, among other things, agreed on a joint action to support state enterprises. They also discussed the issues of quality management of public assets. In particular, the effective work of industrial enterprises.
In the management of the Fund are two large Kharkov enterprise "Turboatom" and "Electrotyazhmash".
"These businesses are the basis for creating added value, they will continue to work and grow. The joint efforts of local authorities and Central government we will do everything we can to upload their work to receive their salaries," - supported the head of region Dmitry Sennichenko.
He noted that the new executives "Electrotyazhmash" the goal is to increase by 30% the salary and to bring the company to profit. It is planned that from March 1 the company, which finished 2019 with losses and was forced to move to a shortened work week, will go back to a full working week.
"Over the past 5 years Electrotyazhmash has lost 30% of workers, the receivable is UAH 500 million, a loan of 900 million UAH. But we have a new leader who has a vision for the company. The first steps are made: wages paid, contracts signed. On purchases of per month savings of UAH 60 million. The company has joint projects with Turboatom for Hidroenergia," said Sennichenko.
In turn, the Coachman said that he discussed the Embassy of Uzbekistan the possibility of concluding contracts worth about a billion dollars.
"We can load these two companies for 7-10 years forward. We are talking about contracts worth about 1 billion US dollars", - said the Coachman.
