"For the production of masks purchased special fabric spunbond, which has good air permeability, and meets the standards of hygiene, prevents the spread of infections and comfortable enough when worn. In accordance with international standards, masks for metallurgists sew multi-layer", - stated in the message.

Metinvest strives to protect its employees from the coronavirus COVID-19. Earlier it was reported that the company has purchased more than 160 thousand of medical masks and respirators and more than 1 million gloves. All employees of Ukrainian companies of the group are also provided with disinfectants for the hands.

this week, Metinvest expects the supply of 20 thousand rapid tests for COVID-2019 that will be distributed among medical institutions of Kiev, Mariupol, Zaporozhye and Krivoy Rog. Metinvest allocated money for the purchase of individual protection means and special equipment for law enforcement, laboratories and stations of emergency medical care.
