At the production site of the mechanical assembly production of PJSC "EMSS", a cast iron carrier manufactured at the enterprise is being prepared for shipment to the customer.
The cast iron carrier is designed to ensure the transportation of a ladle with liquid iron from the blast furnace to the converter shop.
The capacity of the ladle of the iron carrier is 140 tons. Its weight is 45.9 tons. The movement is carried out by a diesel locomotive.
According to the contract signed with PJSC "MK" Azovstal "last summer, PJSC" EMSS "will manufacture nine cast iron carriers for the customer.
