The plant manufactured and shipped all six sectors of the stator housing of the SV-1500 /100-112 UHL4 hydrogenerator at st. No. 1 of the Sredneprovskaya HPP. Each sector weighs almost 12 tons.
The new stator housing will replace the old one, which was made in the USSR in the 60s of the twentieth century. The building produced by Electrotyazhmash has a number of advantages. It has reduced weight, improved conditions for the passage of cooling air through the body. Welding of the body into a ring, followed by blending of the core, will be carried out during installation at the station. The stator housing will be fixed to the base plates of the hydraulic unit using new fasteners.
Hydraulic units st. No. 1, 2 of the Sredneprovskaya HPP of PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" are undergoing reconstruction, in which SE "Plant" Electrotyazhmash "and JSC" Turboatom "are jointly involved. The project is financed by the European Investment Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
