The GHH Group, one of the leading manufacturers of integrated solutions for the mining industry and tunnel construction, is commissioning the third Roof Master 1.8AWK ATEX bolter at EuroChem-VolgaKaliy in Kotelnikovo.
The self-propelled anchor installer RM 1.8 AWK ATEX is designed for anchoring in mines with a minimum height of 4.3m and a maximum of 7.6m. There are 8 anchors in the anchor mast magazine. To date, the international chemical company operates two Roof Master 1.8AWK ATEX units from the MineMaster plant. The machines are supplied in an explosion-proof design, which allows them to work safely in an explosive atmosphere of the mine.
In addition, in August 2021, the companies renewed a service contract, which implies the presence of a local service department of the GHH Group on the territory of the EuroChem-VolgaKaliy enterprise. The company's specialists provide 24/7 support both for the GHH Group equipment line and for equipment from other manufacturers.
“The EuroChem company is our long-term customer and we are satisfied with the result shown by our equipment. Despite the special operating conditions - an explosive environment, high dust content and temperature, as well as soil features - the Roof Master 1.8AWK ATEX bolters work flawlessly. When it comes to local service, we pay special attention to employee training. All specialists are trained at our European factories and have extensive experience working not only with GHH Group equipment, but also with other brands, ”commented Dmitry Zhukov, Executive Director of GHH Group in Russia.
