KP-M operation principle
The parts to be processed are connected through a specially provided manifold, which is connected to the multiplier chamber. At the very beginning of the process, the collector with the placed product is automatically lowered into a glass with a suspension, which the intensifier will pump through the product in all directions. When the suspension is ejected, the abrasive material is bubbling and mixing with water, due to which a uniform hydroabrasive medium is formed.
When passing through the collector and the workpiece to be processed, the suspension is again in the technological glass, thus, its circulation takes place.
AEC setup
This equipment is designed for finishing the internal surfaces of various products, including those made using additive technology. The installation is suitable for a wide variety of tasks:
- roughness reduction;
- polishing;
- edge smoothing;
- formation of chamfers;
- decontamination, etc.
The paste used for processing is designed for repeated use. Various, mostly very hard materials, differing in cutting ability, can be used as an abrasive.
AEC operation principle
Abrasive extrusion honing on this unit consists in forcing a viscous and elastic paste through the workpiece, which includes abrasive grains.
The abrasive medium takes the form of a pumped channel due to the pressure generated by the moving piston. The material fits the workpiece very tightly, so that the abrasive particles come into contact with the microscopic protrusions of the treated surface.
