This year, more than a hundred young people applied for participation. Acceptance of applications and their consideration lasted more than a month. Based on the results of the work of the expert commission, 28 best works were selected. The selection criteria were the relevance of the project, the speed of its implementation, the benefits for the city. The age of the participants is from 16 to 30 years old. Among the winners are authors offering options for the development of ecological tourism in the South Urals, separate waste collection, landscaping, a special place is given to environmental education in schools and kindergartens. Most of the projects are of an educational nature.
“We choose promising programs that will serve, among other things, future generations of Chelyabinsk residents. The best participants will be rewarded with cash grants from ChMK, which will help the winners to implement their projects, ”explained Denis Sazontov, HR and Social Programs Director of ChMK.
