The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has become one of the best employers in Russia according to the rating compiled by HeadHunter based on the results of 2024. In the field of Metallurgy and metalworking, the company took the third position.
The HeadHunter rating evaluates the attractiveness of the employer's brand. In 2024, more than 1,700 companies, united in 40 industry areas, participated in the study.
The scale is formed on the basis of loyalty indicators, surveys of applicants and former employees, and studies of the company's HR practices. TMK's level of the latter turned out to be above average — 94.7 points out of 100 possible. The loyalty level of TMK employees is 35 points, which is 29 points higher than the benchmark. This means that employees are willing to recommend the company as a reliable employer.
"The results of the rating confirm the effectiveness of the company's efforts aimed at ensuring decent working conditions and career growth for employees. Our approaches and HR management tools have been highly appreciated both by the rating experts and, most importantly for us, by TMK employees. We plan to continue to work systematically to develop our HR brand," said Elena Pozolotina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management.
TMK regularly participates in the ratings of the employer's brand, sustainable development and corporate charity, occupying high positions. These include a ranking of the best employers according to Forbes magazine, the Leaders of Corporate Charity competition of the Donor Forum, and other studies.
