LLC "Cylinders-Bel" specializiruetsya in the production of seamless steel cylinders with volumes from 10 l to 100 l and a working pressure of 200-450 bar, designed for the transportation and storage of compressed, liquefied and dissolved industrial gases used in various industries. In addition, the company will provide services on the rental of cylinders, their diagnosis, repair and re-equipment.
&bsp;&bsp; it is Planned that after 2022 at design capacity the annual production capacity of OOO "Cylinders-Bel" will be more than 53 thousand cans worth over 7 million euros. About 97% of the plant's products through a distribution network of JSC "Cylinders holding" will be implemented at the territory of Belarus in the Customs Union countries. For example, in Russia, where, as marketing research shows that in the next few years, the demand for seamless steel cylinders will reach 4 million units, which local producers will not be able to close fully.
&bsp;&bsp; Along with the production of import-substituting and export products organization of production of cylinders has an important social aspect. LLC "Cylinders-Bel" created 43 jobs. By the way, given the specifics of a new for the Belarus production, 12 employees of the plant still in the period of the project were trained in similar enterprises in the Czech Republic.
&bsp;&bsp; Another important factor is the fact that for the production of cylinders were involved in the unused area of OJSC "Plant "Legmash". More than 3 thousand square meters, which assembled about 200 tons of equipment to carry out all necessary technological operations: from external handling of incoming workpieces cylinders, coating the thread and insertion of the ring necks, to ultrasonic testing, marking and protective coating on the surface of the product.
&bsp;&bsp; OOO "Cylinders-Bel" is registered as the resident of FEZ "Vitebsk". The founders of the company are resident of the Czech JSC "Cylinders holding" and OAO BMZ — management company of holding "BMK". It should be noted that LLC "Cylinders-Bel" is not the first project with foreign investment which OAO BMZ — management company of holding "BMK" is implementing in the West. So, in 2014 began to work the only company in Belarus to produce high-pressure hoses JV "Manuli Gidravliks manufacturing Bel", created jointly with the Italian company Mauli Rubber Idustries s.p.a.
