The EVOBLAST Group participated in the international exhibition of mining equipment and technologies and the mining forum Rudnik-2025, which was held in Yekaterinburg from October 22 to 24, 2025. The event was attended by more than 5,500 people, and the number of exhibitors exceeded 300.

Innovative solutions designed to improve processes in the mining industry were presented at the stand of the EVOBLAST Group. In particular, the Group's specialists presented a new project, Blast-to-Mine (B2M). It is a complex of engineering services developed by the company in close cooperation with various industry experts. The main idea of the project is the transition from fragmented services to a comprehensive one–stop-shop offering. After an audit of the geomechanical processes and operational parameters of mining operations at the facility, the customer can choose both a full range of engineering services and individual solutions for specific production tasks.

The central exhibit of the company's stand was a mixing and charging machine (SPM) for blasting in underground mines and mines. The SZM base is a self–propelled chassis with a diesel engine, consisting of two articulated frames. A mixing and charging module and a boom arm are located on the rear frame. SPM produces up to 2.3 tons of emulsion explosive (EVV) in wells without refueling. The charging process is fully automated and includes: mixing components through a charging hose, forming a charge, including setting the charge to the design depth. Charging can be performed both in descending (including filled with water) and rising wells up to 67 meters deep. The equipment allows for not only classical, but also contour blasting.

The control of all processes of dosing, feeding and forming charges, as well as reporting is assigned to the electronic control unit, which, in turn, can be connected to any Android-based media device to control the machine. The system is based on a domestic hardware and software complex with an intuitive interface. The system automatically monitors the depth of the well, the loading sequence, and the installation of intermediate detonators. All data is transmitted to the operator on a single control panel for possible adjustment of the BVR parameters in real time.

In the business part of the event, representatives of the EVOBLAST Group made presentations highlighting topical issues of optimizing drilling and blasting operations and improving mining efficiency.
