The TMK2U Corporate University of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) and the Autonomous Non-profit Organization "National Agency for Qualifications Development" (ANO"NARK") held the first event of the expert HR community "HR Guild". The session was attended by more than 30 HR directors, managers and specialists from leading Russian companies.
The purpose of the HR Guild is to create a professional platform for the systematic exchange of practices, the introduction of effective solutions into corporate activities and the development of a consolidated business position on the regulation of labor and employment. The community will work on an ongoing basis and will bring together experts from different industries.
The first expert session "Contact Formula. The Communications Platform" was held at the site of ANO NARK in the case study format (case presentations). The participants presented the implemented projects and discussed current tasks: how to ensure timely transmission of information, which communication channels are most effective in modern realities, and how to increase employee engagement in the use of corporate digital services. The program also included a business game and team quizzes.
"The creation of an expert HR community in partnership with ANO NARC is an important step to consolidate business opinion. HR Guild members have the opportunity to directly communicate their position to decision-making bodies at the federal level, including in the field of qualifications development and legislative improvement. This shortens the path from employers' initiatives to their practical implementation and allows the professional community to influence the development of the national qualifications system," said Elena Pozolotina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Personnel Management.

The formation of an expert HR community promotes cooperation between companies and helps spread the best practices in the field of personnel management. This is especially important because in the field of HR, industrial and technological competition is transformed and gives a synergistic effect," said Alexey Vovchenko, CEO of ANO NARK.
The event took place within the framework of the cooperation agreement concluded at the All-Russian Forum "National Qualifications System of Russia" between TMK and ANO "NARC". During the joint work, the parties plan to hold thematic sessions, develop digital solutions and improve educational programs to strengthen human resources.
