TMK Neftegazservice (TMK NGS), the oilfield services division of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), became a diploma winner in the annual All-Russian competition for the Government of the Russian Federation Award in the field of quality. The award was given to the production site of TMK NGS-Nizhnevartovsk oilfield services division.
Within the framework of the competition, the expert jury focuses on criteria such as the level of involvement of senior management, the effectiveness of the policy and strategy of sustainable development, the quality of human resources management, built interaction with partners and customers, competitive characteristics of products and services, as well as indicators of productivity and economic efficiency of the enterprise. The TMK NGS-Nizhnevartovsk site received high marks for these indicators.

The company has built a unified quality management vertical, which helps strengthen cooperation between production, technical, scientific and service departments to ensure compliance with all technical requirements. At the same time, we are implementing modern digital tools, moving from control to forecasting, thus ensuring that our consumers comply with the strictest standards," said Vyacheslav Gagarinov, TMK's Deputy General Director for Quality.

The award of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of quality allows us to identify the best practices in quality management and improve the efficiency of management processes of Russian companies. In 2025, five organizations from different regions of the country received diplomas of the award.
Previously, TMK enterprises had already become laureates of the competition: in 2004 and 2022, the prize was awarded to Taganrog Metallurgical (TAGMET), in 2016 to Volzhsky Pipe (VTZ), and in 2018 to Seversk Pipe (STZ) plants. In 2023, the Sinar Pipe Plant (SinTZ) received the diploma of the award, and in 2024— the Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant (PNTZ). TMK has received the Russian Government's Quality Award
