Vladimir Sigarev has been working at the plant since 1985. Under his leadership, more than 100 technological processes are developed annually for the manufacture of a new range of products. Many calibrations of hot rolled rolls developed by him have no analogues among those mastered in the domestic metallurgy. Vladimir Nikolaevich was repeatedly recognized as the best specialist and professional worker of the enterprise, his portrait was repeatedly entered on the factory Hall of Fame. Mikhail Naymushin came to the Scientific Research Institute of Metallurgical Technology of the Izhstal plant in 1987. Since 1995 he has been working as the chief welder of the plant. He took an active part in the radical reconstruction of the production facilities of Izhstal in 2008-2012, not a single major repair or modernization of equipment can do without him. Thanks to the efforts of Mikhail Veniaminovich, a certification center for the training of welders and welding specialists was created at the plant.
