The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) held the HR Code forum for personnel management specialists from companies in various industries. The event, organized by TMK2U Corporate University, was attended by more than 60 people.
The topic of the forum was "Competent management of human resources in a period of instability." The program includes expert discussions, interactive business games, workshops and case labs. A guided tour of the laboratories of the Scientific and Technical Center (STC) was also organized for the participants TMK in Moscow.
As part of the business program, experts discussed key changes in the labor market and approaches to working with personnel in the context of a structural shortage of personnel and rising costs. Among the urgent tasks is to expand the range of potential employees, increase labor productivity and more effectively manage the number and costs of personnel, taking into account regional specifics, including the specifics of the labor market in small towns.
Special attention was paid to the use of artificial intelligence in personnel management and other business processes. The participants noted the importance of flexibility and speed of decision-making on topical issues, as well as the exchange of practical experience within the professional community.

Therefore, we regularly hold events that allow us to bring together representatives of different industries and gain a broader perspective on the current challenges of the labor market. It is important for us not only to share our own experience, but also to understand what trends are taking shape outside our industry," said Elena Pozolotina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management and Director of TMK2U Corporate University.
