TMK held a conference to share its experience in automating HR processes

Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) held a conference "HR Automation: Technologies, trends, efficiency" for representatives of 37 companies in the metallurgical and chemical industries, IT industry, mechanical engineering, fuel and energy complex and other industries. About a hundred HR specialists, company executives, information technology experts, and software developers discussed practices for implementing digital solutions in the HR environment and outlined promising areas of work.

The event was held at the Scientific and Technical Center (STC) TMK in Moscow, organized by TMK2U Corporate University, and co—organized by Websoft. During the conference, TMK2U representatives shared their experience in automating processes and using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to solve personnel problems. AI is actively involved in employee testing and is implemented at the initial stages of recruitment. At the same time, TMK uses digital solutions of its own design, which are maximally adapted to corporate needs.

Vladimir Vertogradov, Vice President of the LANIT Group of Companies and Managing Director of NORBIT, Alexey Korolkov, CEO of Websoft, and Arthur Zakharyan, Director of Strategy at Websoft, Henning Stenhammar, Commercial Director at Skillaz, Natalia Gonta, IT Partner at OTEKO, Head of HR-Tech practice, also presented their developments in the field of automation and the use of AI. ECOPSI by Valeria Kuropatkina and other experts. The speakers presented their cases on automation and integration of AI into the processes of personnel selection, training and evaluation, as well as the results of research on the digitalization of HR in companies from different fields. In addition, the speakers shared their vision of the future of the HR manager profession, the relevance of developing a specialized IT strategy, and the prospects for further implementation of digital technologies in HR management.

During the conference, in separate sections and workshops, TMK representatives provided examples from their practice that can be scaled to organizations from other industries. In particular, the use of digital solutions to simplify the process of adapting new employees and improving the effectiveness of the mentoring system — TMK uses the SOTA2U corporate platform for these purposes. The company's specialists also shared their experience in automating the personnel assessment process, conducting corporate research, and adapting the HR platform to the needs of the company.
