Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has received the Global HR Award as part of the HR Force Human Resources Management Award. ""TMK2U" Corporate University's system development project for commercial development won the "Grand Prix" of the competition, and also won in the "Rapid Growth" nomination.
The Global HR Award is awarded for global achievements in the field of HR management, as well as the creation, strengthening and promotion of an HR brand. As part of its educational activities, TMK2U provides services not only to TMK employees, but also to external clients, mainly large industrial enterprises. The corporate University conducts full-time and distance learning, conducts a comprehensive staff assessment, develops a methodology for HR processes, and organizes business events for customers.
The commercial direction is formed on the basis of the expertise of the Corporate University: the team independently develops and adapts educational programs to the tasks of customers, including managerial and expert-technical areas, as well as ensures their implementation. Most of the programs are conducted by TMK2U specialists, which allows the university to combine the competencies of methodologists, experts, business trainers, and commercial unit specialists and form solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
"The development of TMK2U's external direction allows the company to systematically apply its accumulated expertise and share its experience with partners and customers. Today, 127 certified business trainers work at the Corporate University, and there are its own training grounds and training grounds in different cities of Russia. In 2025, TMK2U held about 250 events for more than 4,000 employees of external companies, and the average feedback training score was 4.8 points," said Elena Pozolotina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Director of TMK2U Corporate University.
