The EVOBLAST Group will present mining solutions at the Rudnik exhibition in Yekaterinburg.

The EVOBLAST Group will participate in the Rudnik exhibition together with the EvoCert KM company. At the joint stand, the companies will present innovative technological solutions and products to improve the efficiency and safety of mining operations, digitalize production processes and develop the technological independence of the industry.

EvoCert KM will present a range of chemical reagents for the mining industry. The exhibition of the EVOBLAST Group will be dedicated to solutions for open and underground drilling and blasting operations, as well as digital accounting of production processes.

Solutions for underground mining will be presented in the center of the exhibition. Visitors will be able to get acquainted with the technological approaches of the EVOBLAST Group to conducting drilling and blasting operations in underground conditions, including the use of electronic initiation systems. Thus, a model of an underground mining operation will be presented at the stand to clearly demonstrate the principle of operation of the electronic iDet® initiation systems.

For open-pit mining, the company will present intermediate detonators based on the emulsion explosive EVOPRIM®, as well as the MAYAK package. For the first time, the exhibition will include sensors of a new diameter, designed for use in small-sized wells. The upgrade expands the possibilities of using the complex at facilities with limited well sizes and allows for more precise control of the position of ore contours after an explosion.

Special attention will be paid to digital products. The company's specialists will familiarize themselves with the BVR Control software, designed to automate the collection and analysis of drilling and blasting parameters. The web service unites design engineers and operators of mixing and charging machines (SPMS) in a single information circuit. This helps to quickly identify deviations and monitor the compliance of actual parameters with design decisions.

Visitors will also be able to familiarize themselves with the updated software of the MAYAK package, supplemented with tools for interpreting data on the displacement of the rock mass. The software allows you to build spatial models of the position of sensors and ore contours after an explosion, improving the quality of analysis at subsequent stages of mining.

As part of the business program, representatives of the EVOBLAST Group will make an applied presentation on the use of electronic initiation systems for drilling rising wells. Experts will talk about the features of the technology, its practical application and the possibilities of improving the controllability and safety of blasting operations in underground workings.
