Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) retained its “AAA” rating in the Russian Business Anti-Corruption Rating, demonstrating a very high level of anti-corruption efforts. Experts noted significant improvements in the company’s anti-corruption practices in recent years.
The rating includes 63 large companies. The expert council assessed public reporting, information from open sources and quantitative indicators. Criteria included the completeness of disclosures on anti-corruption systems and the availability of relevant internal regulations. The assessment methodology is based on the requirements of Russian law, the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business and the international standard ISO 37001:2025 “Anti-bribery management systems — Requirements with guidance for use.”
TMK continues to develop its anti-corruption system. Employees can access online courses on business ethics, corruption prevention and compliance risk management through the SOTA2U corporate learning platform. In-person training sessions and specialized programs for managers are also held. In 2025, more than 1,600 employees, including 96 top managers, completed in-person anti-corruption training.
“Anti-corruption efforts are an integral part of TMK’s corporate governance system. We improve our compliance practices, ensure that feedback channels, including the hotline, are accessible, and foster employees’ understanding of business ethics principles and legal requirements. This approach helps increase the transparency of business processes, strengthen the trust of employees and partners, and uphold consistent standards of responsible business conduct,” said TMK CEO Alexander Shiryaev.
The Russian Business Anti-Corruption Rating has been compiled by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) for the seventh time. In 2026, companies were assessed against 44 criteria covering key areas of anti-corruption activity. TMK is among the leaders and has received one of the rating’s highest grades for the sixth consecutive year.
