Today, the renovated premises for patients with palliative conditions were opened, which the foundation has equipped in the pediatric department of the Serov city hospital.
Thanks to the foundation, the walls of the rooms were painted by professional artists and decorators. The wards are provided with two large televisions. Modern and comfortable strollers, which the foundation has provided to palliative patients, will give children comfort and help doctors and relatives take care of them.
The foundation has arranged the room within the framework of the Children in Hospital project, which aims to create playgrounds rooms and rooms for psychological relief in hospitals and rehabilitation centers in our country.
“The renovated premises and a small party that we organized for little patients gave them joy and filled hospital everyday life with bright colors. - Yulia Nutenko, director of the Children of Russia Foundation, shared. - In ordinary life, these children face many difficulties. Comfort, kindness and one more reason for a sincere smile - this is what we and our partners, PJSC Nadezhdinsky, tried to give them when organizing the project. "
As told in the Serov city hospital, there are five palliative rooms beds for patients with incurable diseases. They are intended for children from the entire Northern District. Thus, at present, the hospital treats children from the city of Verkhoturye, the village of Sosva and the city of Serov.
