At the Gaysky GOK (an enterprise of the raw materials complex of UMMC), a jaw crusher SCHDP-15x21U manufactured by Uralmashplant, equipped with automated control systems, was put into operation. In total, by the end of the year, UZTM will produce more than 30 large crushing and grinding complexes, which is almost 2.5 times more than last year.
Jaw crusher ШДП-15х21У with a capacity of 600 m3 /h (size of a piece at the exit - 250 mm) was installed at the first stage of crushing of the concentration plant of the Gaysky GOK. It is equipped with an automated control system for the discharge gap, an electric motor with a bearing temperature control system. The solutions implemented by UZTM specialists allow remote control of the crushing plant, including from a personal computer. Due to new design developments, it was possible to reduce the metal consumption of the machine (no additional pedestal is required to install the crusher drive).
“Automation of the new crushing equipment and its control solves the two most pressing problems for us: in the case of pressing the crusher, an automated system for adjusting the unloading gap allows literally within five minutes to restart the equipment and restart it in operation. Previously, workers and an overhead crane were involved in this. Second, the crusher is also greased automatically every half hour, which completely eliminates manual labor and the involvement of additional equipment. That is, more comfortable working conditions have been created for the workers of the crushing department. On the monitor screen, the dispatcher can literally see the entire process of equipment operation. The automation also records the operating parameters of the crusher on a flash drive. We hope that the commissioning of such modern crushing equipment will have the most positive effect on the implementation of the production program for the reception and processing of ore, "said the head of the concentrator Dmitry Semenov.
The crusher was installed under the supervision of UZTM specialists , ended in accordance with the established schedule. As noted in the commissioning certificate, tests of the broadband connection in real conditions, which lasted 80 hours, were successful: all monitored parameters are within normal limits.
